We’ve updated the authentication logic in Hive to make invitations, logins, and user–fund linking quicker and simpler.

Brand-aligned notifications: 

 

Where custom branding has been set up for SMSF clients in Class, the same logos and colour palettes will now flow through automatically to Hive notifications and task dashboards. This means that when tasks are shared with clients or external parties, they’ll now see the relevant custom branding reflected.

New sender address: 

 

All Hive notifications will now come from notifications@hiveconnect.com.au (instead of hive@superguardian.com.au). Users may wish to update their email safe-senders list or filters to ensure these don’t land in their junk folder.
